The Luminart Management Team
Our management team combines the experience of executives and an advisory board with extensive backgrounds in managing and developing successful businesses within a broad range of industries.
- Michael Reynolds – CEO, has over 25 years in the financial industry. He was President/CEO of G.I. Industries “G.I.”, a waste management company that he folded into a public holding company and quickly grew its annual revenues from $6 million to over $47 million.
- Burke Bently - President , has a decade of experience in foundational business development and operations During the last four years, his main focus has been on the mining and aggregate industries in the Northwestern Region of the United States.
- Jerry Morrell – COO, Jerry brings over 30 years of oilfield management experience to Luminart. He has built two companies in North Dakota which were subsequently sold to large oil service companies. Revenues were taken from 0 to $30 million and $50 million respectively. Prior to that, Mr. Morrell has managed and grown several oil production companies throughout the northern Midwest. His experience and knowledge of the entire oil production and services industry brings a depth of “hands on” application not seen in the Luminart family.
- Thomas Maher – CFO, is a seasoned senior finance and administration executive with over 20 years of progressive experience with private and public companies .
Advisory Board Luminart’s advisory board is comprised of William (Bill) Rippy and Mitch Swergold.
Bill Rippy brings 55 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Along with his experience come well-established relationships with regulatory services such as: B.L.M., U.S.G.S. and the North Dakota Industrial Commission, Department of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas Division. Bill has vast experience in well development, plug and abandonment and well operations.
Mitch Swergold is an investor and former hedge fund manager with 17 years of experience in finance. Mitch’s educational background includes a BA fromColumbiaUniversityand a JD from Emory University School of Law. In recognition of his meaningful contributions, Mitch was appointed to the Advisory Board of Colombian Mines Corporation.
