Previously, Luminart Corp. was involved in the sale and marketing of proprietary sign making products. The company owns the worldwide manufacturing, patent, and distribution rights to Luminite, a proprietary acrylic compound used in signs and display materials, dispensing systems and related technology.
Luminart Corp. is the holding company for 5 subsidiary companies involved in various aspects of oilfield support services in North Dakota. The primary function is to provide aggregate rock for the purpose of building oil well, and natural gas pipeline pads, in addition to supplying the never ending need for road building, widening, and rebuilding.
